✨ Quality Control: Before any item leaves our studio, it undergoes a thorough quality check. However, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with our Support Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🛍️ Unwanted Items: If you've had a change of heart or the item doesn't quite meet your expectations, we understand. Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used, unless there is a quality issue.
🧼 Hygiene Matters: We take hygiene seriously. Once you've popped that champagne, our security tag acts like a one-way ticket – the curtain's up, and the show begins. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item after the security tag has been removed.
💰 Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
💁♀️ Personal Preference: If the item doesn't fit your preference, we understand that too. However, given the nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges for items based on personal preference.
🔑 Notification is Key: Kindly notify our Support Service within 48 hours if you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange. Please don’t send items back without letting us know in advance – we won’t be able to process it. This helps us assist you promptly.
🚚 Shipping Steps: If your return or exchange request is approved, please do not return the parcel post to the address specified on the parcel itself. Instead, contact our Support Service for the correct return address. Keep in mind that any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
